I served as a content specialist on VA’s centralized content, accessibility, and information architecture (CAIA) team. We worked with over 80 cross-functional product teams across different VA business lines and program offices. Our goal was to create accurate, consistent, accessible, and equitable digital services.
This included turning paper forms into online forms—a.k.a. digitizing forms—so Veterans and their loved ones can easily apply for the benefits they’re entitled to.
