“Technology doesn’t make a community. It’s about enhancing the human spirit, using the power of technology to respond to the human need for communication and expression.”

My name is Monica (formerly known as Jenny). I’m a content designer, strategist, and writer who loves using the power of language and technology to enhance the human spirit.
I have over 10 years of experience designing effective content across different touchpoints. These include onboarding flows, re-engagement emails, and even handing out pamphlets at a busy intersection—a terrifying career highlight.
Titles and keywords aside, I care a lot about people.
I thrive when I craft content that helps people feel like they belong to a supportive community. And I work best with people who value collective care, mutual respect, open communication, and deep dives into research and data. Making each other laugh doesn’t hurt either.
I’ve planted my love for growing human-centered practices with the amazing teams at Bloom Works, Propel, the MinKwon Center, Quiet Revolution, Blue State, and Barrel.
